It's just normal (especially when you're querying and getting rejected!) I say, give yourself permission to be bummed a little. It's ok to feel what you feel. Trying to tamp it down could make it bigger than it should be. I try not to beat myself up if I'm down. I just say, 'OK. Today was just a sucky day. Tomorrow will be better.
