A to Z Blogget Challenge: Letter W

Writer's Butt Check-In

So much for banishing Writer's Butt this month. Too much going on (which is hardly an excuse, but it's all I've got). Still, I have to be accountable like I said I would, so you get the ugly truth.
How about you? Are you still hard at work banishing you Writer's Butt? If you have one, that is.

Still working! I'm committing to it until Memorial Day. I do Wii sports M/W and Xbox Kinect Zumba T/Th. Loving it so far (most days), but love it or not, I've promised myself to stick to it just until Mem Day. We'll reasses after that :)

I've had a few setbacks, soothed those setbacks with Little Debbie Swiss Rolls then remembered that going in that direction would be the wrong direction. So, uh, what were we talking about again?

My butt is aching from this damned wooden chair. The wheels have come off the padded office swivel chair I usually use.

I'm taking part in the April challenge at my gym, for the top three people who log the most hours on a bike. I've gone spinning five times a week this month, except for when the gym was closed for the first and last days of Pesach. (I'm so tired of hearing people complain about how the gym is closed so many days in a row during holiday seasons. You knowingly, voluntarily joined a JCC!) There's one person in the April log book who often does like 90-100 minutes each day she spins or rides a bike, but I have to think of her as the type of overachiever I hated in school. I shouldn't knock myself out to compete with someone I know I'll probably never be in the league of.

Writer's butt...what a brilliant term. I will be adopting that. Thanks for sharing.

In the past week I've taken two hikes, but I must do more. It's time for these extra five pounds that have attached themselves to my hips and butt go away!!!

Been jogging between 3 to 6 miles nearly every day. Cold getting me down so I'm sitting on my butt today.
